You're a two-minute walk from one of Scotland's finest sandy beaches, with miles of golden shoreline stretching in both directions.

Nairn sits on one of the driest and sunniest stretches of the Scottish coast. The Moray Firth is home to one of only two resident dolphin colonies in the UK you can spot them from the beach. The town has two championship golf courses, a promenade, harbour and a short walk to pubs and restaurants.

The cottage sleeps three across two bedrooms. The king-size double is on the first floor with an en-suite basin and WC. The single bedroom is accessed through the double ideal for a small family. Downstairs has a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and original stone wall, a well-stocked kitchen and a bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower.

Fort George is 11 miles away (20 mins). Cawdor Castle is 7 miles (15 mins). Culloden Battlefield is 18 miles (25 mins). Inverness city centre is 16 miles (25 mins).
